Our Staff

Operations Manager and Travel Concierge John Heinrich is former Military Police Supervisor and Bodyguard who traveled the world during his tenure in the US Army. His in-depth immersion into multiple cultures from the Caribbean, Eastern/Western Europe, Egypt, the Caribbean, Asia/Southeast Asia, Mexico and Central America, gives him a unique perspective when making travel recommendations. John holds The Signature Travel Expert designation to his repertoire of travel training along with certifications from Azamara, Celebrity, NCL, Crystal Cruises, SilverSea, MSC and Uniworld.

We are travel enthusiasts and US Military Veterans. We actively trip the globe, bringing back "best of" insights for each other and our Customers. BIOGRAPHY:
Although I am a native Californian, I have been lucky enough to have lived in Oregon, Hawaii, Texas, North Dakota, New York, and South Florida, which has been my home for over 25 years. Enlisting into the US Air Force and then working for the iconic Pan American World Airways and then Delta Airlines expanded my travels and my domiciles throughout Europe and Great Britain.

These experiences exposed me to different cultures, historical sights, languages like Dutch and Spanish that I've learned, and far away destinations that made me passionate about travel. This passion has taken me on over 100 cruises and to over 50 destinations throughout the world including Asia, Europe, Central and South America, the Caribbean and the Middle East.

My favorite memories include high tea at the Ritz in London, morning sunrises at the Borobudur Temple in Central Java Indonesia, riding a camel at the Pyramids of Giza and taking an evening gondola along the canals of Venice, Italy. I'm here to put my travel experiences to work so you can enjoy your destinations as though they were my own.
